Pros

-Great/Friendly people with amazing work ethic and strive (too bad they are being taken advantage of) -Most offices have windows -Target down stairs and places to eat near by -Conveniently placed bathrooms -Kitchens and coffee -Company events

Cons

-If you want to feel like you are working in a CRAZYYY Lifetime movie...this is the place for you! -Extremely toxic and belittling management (not everyone but its bad). -Some management will call you incompetent to your face and tell you to "Use your brain"...when all you do is work and work overtime...time after time again.... -Managers will over analyzed and over criticize pointless emails about lunches or something dumb -Management will criticize other employees' clothing when they themselves are wearing leggings every day to work and oversized shirts with boots/flipflops -No raises -Promotions are rare because they have one contract -OVERPRICED "benefits"...not even worth it -Constant drama and certain managers talking about each other and other employees behind their backs. -Overload you with work -No Telework -NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER -Sad depressing office decor from the 90s -No training/No growth -No clear expectations from management -Management will constantly compare you to previous employees -Corporate staff was ordered to not communicate with the rest of the people on contract in the office - All corporate staff is not allowed to take lunch at the same time -Extremely unorganized company and no direction with their mission -No recognition for hard working employees -Not technology forward -Although everyone has individual offices, you are not allowed to shut your doors. You will be accused of not working and being lazy. -The temperature in the offices are so up and down. But be sure not to use a small blanket privately in your own office because you'll look too comfortable and be told you look lazy. -If you come in early you will be accused of not working and asked "Are you actually working when you come in?".....what? -Management will be upset with you for not commuting 1 hour thru a snow storm although they follow OPM and government employees were allowed unscheduled PTO. - Was told I will be directed to commit fraud at some point in the future- ex: charge directly to a contract, yet in reality I'm working OH position as well (work two full time positions at the same time) Basically...The harder you work, the more you're punished! *WARNING: Working here will most likely cause you to have low self-esteem and suicidal thoughts*

Pros

Some great people that are working in the trenches. Hopefully they don't jump ship!

Cons

Some management of KSJ insist on remaining billable on a contract and still believe they can run a company well. This is poor company management and jeopardizes those who work for the company since there is only one major contract. No telework policy.

Pros

Target, Starbucks, Bathroom, only thing current in this blast from the past office is the Keurig coffee maker. If you thought the 80s work style was great than this is the place for you! No telework, no raises, poor work culture, heavy work load.

Cons

EVERYTHING, Fridays are the worst! :( Friday morning meeting EVERY FRIDAY, where they spend an hour using scare tactics, saying things like reviewed they reviewed work and resumes and some people don't fit the company, and they are watching. The managers are so out dated its like living in the 90's. I fear we will lose the one last and only contract due to such out dated ideas, and managing style. They make you were multiple hats rather than hire people, they lose people like they have alopecia, I don't know how they keep these doors open.
