      Pros

      I love the people I work with at KUNGFU.AI. Culture is top priority, as we feel that psychological safety is critical to innovation and collaboration.

      Cons

      Client services work has challenges. Some projects are more fun than others. Time tracking is required. However, KUNGFU.AI does everything possible to make these requirements reasonable. For instance, we interface with our clients remotely instead of traveling.

      Pros

      The leadership and colleagues are among the most curious, sweetest, and funniest people you can ever work with. The work that is done is also the most interesting, complex, and stimulating material that you'll ever encounter.

      Cons

      We're so friendly with each other that sometimes accountability is hard to highlight. That's something the organization is aware of, and also is working on.

      Pros

      The company truly does balance the need for high margin projects with a desire to take on social good projects in a way that I have never experienced. PTO is unlimited and employees are celebrated and encouraged to take PTO to recharge or for any reason. The company is growing quickly and is having a ton of success for repeat clients due to the outstanding outcomes we are delivering

      Cons

      Of course the cons of being at a fast growing company is that it can be hard to manage that growth and the workloads. This isn't a KUNGFU.AI specific problem but more of a startup/small business issue. I will say that workloads have been manageable for me so far. KUNGFU.AI also prides itself on diversity which is a great goal but the balancing between making diverse hires and making the best qualified hires is always difficult and while KUNGFU does a decent job here there might currently be too much weight on diversity for the sake of diversity.
