They support each other on the job. You always have someone backstopping you. When the pandemic hit, the first reaction from the CEO was not - how do we keep our gigs, but how do we contribute? To this day, in our company chats, we're always asking what we bring to businesses but also to the community at large, how can we help people pull through? It's smart people looking to help each other and support others. It's very refreshing.

I have never before worked with a company that aligns actions with words so diligently, and is so evidently committed to all of those things. Kalles Group supports its employees and provides the avenues and autonomy needed for real growth, professionally and personally. The people Kalles Group hires are top-notch, not only in their fields of expertise, but also as humans. There is opportunity to make a difference here. It is hard to imagine going back to working anywhere else; this satisfaction bar is high.
