Hardworking and talented team. Friendly management. Its a great start up to be a part of. Work from home budget. Monthly or quarterly dinner and drinks. Lot of scope to learn new technologies Gifts and takeaway lunch codes from time to time. Interview process is also really good and candidate friendly. You can reach to higher management with ease. Work and Life balance is really good. Employee friendly organisation. Health insurance and shares benefits.
Cons
Its all about pushing the new features out. Rest of the things come secondary. The learning resource Sunlight is not so good. It takes time to implement new ideas in terms of working processes.
