      Pros

      Trying my best to think of any.

      Cons

      Bad 80's style stale management, little vision or idea's risk averse. most people keep thier heads down waiting for either a pay off or retirement. A few bucking the trend and trying hard to change the culture, but they either leave in the end or surrender through sheer frustration.

      Most colleagues were brilliant and supportive.

      Cons

      Everything else. Management were awful, they only care about themselves and their over inflated salaries. Poop starts at the top and trickles down, the head of EAME might get sales results and therefore feels over important and this attitude filters down to country managers as well, so aside from them, no one is actually happy. If someone who cared about the morale of employees stepped in, then they would definitely get more out of their staff. The area of business is declining and they really need to find something new in the market as the 80's style of management is too slow for anything up and coming, and when a good idea is actually voiced it's sat upon.
