My co workers were great people - though they are stuck with a company that does not value their effort and sacrafices

Cons

- Excessive margin requirements that price you out of job bids - Management care only for targets and sky high growth expectations - Extremly high turnover of non equity holding staff - Staff retention isnt persued, chewed up and spat out mentality - work life balance is very questionable - Pay is mediocre and comissions are low for the level of work required to "sell" a client on paying double or more the cost of similar products / services - Suck it up and stay or complain / critique and be forced out.

They have decent products and a few of the salesman are decent people.

Cons

Management doesn’t listen to any employees. They don’t understand business and Can’t ship out the Right products. They own 35 other businesses under the same umbrella that you compete with.
