      - Helpful and supportive colleagues - Great product that we never stop improving, and an exciting vision for what we want it to become in the next few years - Really interesting product domain - Relatively flat organization, very normal to talk directly to anyone - Modern tech stack, full CI/CD, hundreds of deployments per week - Remote first workplace, I feel fully included while working from home

      - We have lots of good ideas for things we could build or improve, but with a small team we have to pick and choose carefully.
