      Pros

      The only pro of this job is that it ends at one point.

      Cons

      There's a lot written here about how bad the culture is and how toxic the leadership is. And there are a lot of generic positive reviews you see - if you are a new joiner, I want you to know what you are getting into. The leaders here are forcing employees to write reviews instead of fixing the actual issues, which are not very difficult to solve.
