None - I would not advise anyone to work at Keltbray

Cons

Toxic clicky culture. If your face doesnt fit within the click they will soon force you to leave the company. I ended up working for a truly horrible line manager, she was nice to my face but a complete rat behind my back. There is such a toxic work environment at Keltbray, it’s no wonder there is such a high level of turnover. The company struggles to attract decent managers so the people in charge are so unprofessional and literally do nothing to support the team. Pointless contacting HR as they will do nothing to help within the click that exists throughout this company.
