Pros

- Quick interviews - $200 stipend for clothing after completion of training - Growth through COVID

Cons

- This will not be a "Marketing" role, by marketing they mean giving gifts to lawyers like pens and notepads with their brand on them. - They have high attrition due to lack of respect of employees, so they will likely tell you exactly what you want to hear during the interview process. - Anything that is expressed to be expected for this role will be bent and broken as soon as you accept the offer. - Expected to work overtime at the drop of a hat - Expected to travel (driven or flights) with less than a business day of notice - Expected to work 8+ hour depositions without lunch - Because of attrition, you'll never have a reasonable schedule - Working in the office consists of you in front of a computer with 5-8 other employees with their own computer, and your manager just a few feet away. Think of a middle school computer lab with the teacher's desk by the door. You don't have your own office, cubicle, etc. and working from home is highly looked down upon. - By "flexible", they mean they want you to be flexible and be willing to bend over backwards on command. - Healthcare is expensive and lack-luster. - Paid time off is using your vacation days, no sick days, and expenses are tipped in the favor of the company.

Pros

Laid back, dress cute, gave an initial $200 clothing allowance, paid training at $14 an hour, goes up to $15, meet lots of new people, get to travel, flexible schedule. Its a decent temporary job.

Cons

No health benefits, not even paid vacation until you have a year on. Very high turn over rate, few make it past 6 months. Poor reimbursement for mileage, 38 cents a mile for anything 60 miles away from Louisville, barely covers gas for my vehicle. Office clearly has favorites, who basically get to annoy and harass you until you either quit or are fired. You constantly travel, which could be fun, but you do not know where your deposition will be until 5pm the day before, which makes making plans, appointments, etc impossible. Constant passive aggressive emails from management that you never know whether or not they apply to you. All female environment and sometimes that gets old real fast when you have adults trying to play "Mean Girls" in the office that try to get you fired.
