      Pros

      Great team spirit. Small company that provides many opportunities. Located in center of Montreal with easy transit access (train, bus, metro). Diverse technologies and industries.

      Cons

      Lack of vision and clear business growth plan. Limited opportunities from promotion. Old school, misogynistic and hierarchical management structure, to heavy for such a small company. Closed communications.

      Stuck in the 1990s

      Pros

      Some decent people in the cubicles that deserve better. An Air Liquide company so they are well backed financially. Timely payers.

      Cons

      IT company stuck in the 1990s with an old school management style. Lack of a clear vision and the company culture is non existent. Poor inter-company communication. Big rift between management and the rest. Middle-managers are not coached properly and lack leadership.
