      It's mentally exhausting from the very beginning!

      Pros

      Full time position offers a base salary, commissions, and additional benefits.

      Cons

      - You are basically left alone to figure everything out by yourself. - There is barely any support or guidance from supervisors or anyone else. - You are expected to build yourself up completely from the bottom, which is unbelievably difficult and overwhelming. - It can take months or even a full year to properly establish yourself, yet sales quotas are expected from day one! - It is one of the most exhausting experiences imaginable!

      Pros

      Lots of room for growth, autonomy, people really care about data privacy and the future of the company. Will soon be the dominant market leader. For a startup, the hours are not insane and the pay is great. The future of the company is really bright.

      it's a startup, so some things need to get ironed out, but over all it's the best startup I've ever worked at

      Pros

      The product itself is strong, and the product team is clearly capable and hardworking. Compensation is generally in line with expectations for a company of this size.

      Cons

      There’s a strong internal politics culture and a lack of transparency beneath an outwardly friendly facade. Leadership tends to operate with a top-down mindset where differing perspectives are discouraged, limiting autonomy and open dialogue. When challenges arise, there's no accountability with responsibility always shifting away from leadership.
