Pros
Some of the EMPLOYEES are some of the absolute best people ever. They genuinely care about their community and the missions in which they serve. They really want to see change and improvement within the Native community and give of their heart and souls.
Cons
The administration, the human resources department, the directors and supervisors, and the tribal council-- if they are not completely inept, they are completely corrupt. Everybody is either screwing everyone or screwing each other over. This native corporation is a complete embarrassment!

Good benefits, medical, dental and vision. Compassionate management. Great training opportunities.

Difficult to have enough co-workers to share the work due to rural community.
