Bullying is so real there ..2 people' suicide. HR is a joke .the last year I was there Hr worked from home ...sick ...and not in when people needed her as they only had 1 person in the department so if she wasnt in nothing could happen some times she wasn't seen for days when I worked there people were still getting covid .the workers were told if you go home it a holiday or a half day holiday. So you waited till half the day until you could go home what a joke .you are overworked and under paid Some people home pay was a joke after being sick with covid they didn't get paid ..so people just came in sick .mental health is a joke. They just started putting up poster saying about mental health but there is no surport from HR .the suicides what happened there I understand how this can happen .I was in need for surport and got nothing...girls crying almost daily overworked and still no help from hr ..

Upper management have totally run the place into the ground They have blatant favouritism towards certain plants and certain departments who are held under the ‘golden umbrella’ It’s constantly drilled into our heads to follow the Keter DNA. When in reality upper management couldn’t even spell the word. ZERO accountability from upper management, just constant deflection and lies about the current state of the business. The company will collapse in the UK if it carries on being led the way it is. A fast sinking ship where the workers will drown while management will jump on a boat a sail away happily ever after.
