      Controlling and biased management. Absence of Longterm goals at management level.

      I would like to take a neutral stance. HR policies has to be more aggressive to reward employees and retain them.

      1) 100 year old company with great value system 2) Get to learn a-lot, mix of young and experienced people 3) Decent customer base, with scope to explore different categories

      Cons

      1) Company believe in paying significantly below INDUSTRY STANDARDS 2) HR hardly seems to have any role in resource development 3) Saturation and lessers visibility for future, leads employee to search for another job after couple of years
