1. Bad leave policy: Need to get permission from ceo to take more than 3 days leave.
2. Ceo is from sales background so he assumes that increasing sales team size will bring in more clients, but company managed to get only one client in 7 years.
3. Project management is too bad. There is no project planning. Because of bad planning, the work gets accumulated and developers are forced to come on weekend to finish the work.
4. Not sensitive to employees problem: If due to some medical emergency or because of family problems, an employee takes leave, manager asks employee to work from home.
5. No job security. Employees are fired without even single warning.
6. Less hikes and non transparent appraisal process.
7. Blocks salary on notice period. When asked HR says it's company policy, however it is nowhere mentioned in the contract.
8. No learning opportunities: couple of years back, I would not have said this but in last 2 years, most of the technically sound guys have left, so there is no one to learn from or get inspired from.
9. No traveling opportunity.
10. To process followed. No documentation. No training is provided for new joiners.
