No pros for me at all

Cons

Stringing along POC via the interview processes as opposed to those who aren’t people of color. Lack of upward movement. Poaching is terrible there. Micromanagement w/ Leadership who lack emotional and logical intelligence

Good to stay if you' re after for salary & benefits but if you're thinking for your career growth, better think twice.
