      Both good and bad things

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, plus generous time off. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they are supportive of whoever you are and willing to work with your strengths and weaknesses.

      Cons

      School seems unsure of it's future and if it wants to grow or not, it's not a stable work environment. There is favoritism among the director and certain staff and upper management isn't supportive.

      Pros

      The Middle School Faculty are outstanding. They are incredibly hard working, capable and very supportive of one another. They care deeply about the students and like to have fun together. It's an amazing team to be a part of.

      Cons

      As a relatively new school, the mission and vision is still evolving, which means academic expectations are also pretty dynamic. It's an ideal place to work if you are flexible, creative, and open minded.
