      No career opportunities, lack of professionalism, lack of openness to new ideas and acceptance

      Easy work, decent pay, canteen on site

      Cons

      Can't recognise talent, don't accept new ideas, too conservative and traditional way of doing work. Not a place for International people. If you want a career growth this is not the right place. Don't have a proper and sufficient conference room. Lack of qualified people in the Management level.
