      - Culture of real support and fun, but also challenge, hard work and high standards - No micro-management, not even a tiny bit - Company is doing well and is transparent about inner workings (as much as it can) - Well run and compassionate - Supports work-life balance truly - Opportunity to learn loads ever day from generous and knowledgeable peers - Nice customers - Exciting industry, face-paced culture

      - Very Slack heavy (which has pros and cons) - Not many others!
