      Pros

      Great place to work! The atmosphere is great with everyone working together to do good job. Subsidized canteen on site which is extremely reasonable On site parking (if you're early enough)! Great offices, relaxed atmosphere, modern and open plan which is great for collaboration.

      Not really, but it is very busy!

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at Kilnbridge. The teams are friendly, supportive, and easy to collaborate with, which makes a big difference day to day. Management are approachable and supportive, and they genuinely listen and value their people. Overall, a positive place to work with a great team culture.

      Cons

      Head Office location is not overly close to shops. But is a pleasant walk to Tescos and Sainsburys along the river (in good weather :))

      Long term employees because people love the family culture Really clear business strategy and regular internal comms so we all know what we are doing. Not micromanaged Great relationship with my line manager

      Lots of new people - need to keep up with who does what Long hours
