      Just be a decent machine shop and stop forcing your ridiculous belief system on everyone. This place is a joke.

      Pros

      Keurig machines everywhere! The employee that gave me my campus tour during orientation encouraged me to bring my loaded weapon to work and leave it in my locked car since I have my concealed carry license! Yay!

      Cons

      Can you say "Good 'ol boy system?" It seems like everyone is related to everyone and/or goes to church with someone there... ATTENTION TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT WORKING THERE - Orientation will be several hours of religion class and a little gay-seeming guy try to tell you that you are wrong if you believe in Evolution. It is even a condition of employment to not accept it. It is all laughable... I am sure if they knew I was Atheist they would have called Security to escort me out... They believe telling you a story about some fairy godfather is more important than discussing employment aspects that people really care about. This place reminds me of The Firm.... stay far, far away...

      Pros

      It used to be the best place work but once the founder of the company died it started going down hill immediately.

      Cons

      If you worked there longer than 10 years you probably don't work there anymore. After massive layoffs with a clear pattern of original employees from the early days when Kimray was great. They want employees to be loyal to them but the loyalty will only be returned if you are a younger, newer employee. They call it the(New Kimray). Anyone with memories of the way it used to be are now gone. The company is a sinking ship. Don't bother climbing aboard. There just staying afloat long enough for the bigwigs to get in there golden lifeboats.

      They have a nice break room.

      Cons

      No AC. Unorganized on every level. Told incorrect information during interview. Must start temp to hire. The favor their family and church members over people that work hard. Middle management harass and gossip. Racist against white people. Very strict attendance policy. Doctors note does not excuse absence. Communication is very poor.
