      Pros

      There are a lot of companies who throw around words like culture, synergy, and team. Most of those companies don't really know what those words mean, but Kinetix does. There is a strong culture, a vibrant synergy, and the company truly functions as a team.

      Cons

      If you are not dedicated and hard working, Kinetix may not be the right fit for you!

      Pros

      Kinetix Technology has amazing clients that the CEO and team has cultivated relationships with for 10+ years. This enables the Kinetix team to get in-depth feedback on each candidate (rather than just aimlessly submitting to a VMS system) and ensure the candidates are a technical and a cultural fit. It makes all the difference to not only the candidate but also the internal team during the job search process. Additionally, I've had a chance to work in many areas of the company alongside the CEO, which has increased my skill-set immensely!

      Cons

      You must be dedicated to your craft to succeed. That said, if you are dedicated and a smart worker, the work can be very rewarding.

      Pros

      Kinetix is a wonderful company to work with! In my experience, I have seen every individual, including the CEO(Catherine Thomas), at Kinetix strive to their fullest and interact with each employee and contractor. This rarely happens! All in all, people at Kinetix Technology are fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      Could do with more treats at my desk :)
