      Toxic senior leadership creating daily fear and anxiety. Extreme hours and no work-life balance Afrikaans-only preference that sidelines non-speakers. Mandatory drinking culture and judgement of non-drinkers. Vulgar language from “Christian” leaders (blatant hypocrisy). Subtle threats to job security. High turnover of good people.
