      Kids are great but not worth the pay

      The kids are great and there’s some really great staff there.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Consistently short staffed. Seems they spend a crazy amount of money on events and supplies but never can give a decent raise.

      Toxic workplace. Coworkers will stab you in the back.

      The health insurance and tuition reimbursement would have been real nice, but I did not get the chance to take advantage of it

      Cons

      TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT. Coworkers will go behind your back and report you to management for every mistake, instead of just talking to you directly about it like adults. They say they will work to find a student who is a good fit for you, but this did not happen to me. If you don't feel 10000% confident working with the special needs population, DO NOT WORK HERE. They will not give you the chance to prove yourself, despite their initial promises. Save yourself the grief and work elsewhere.
