Agri Business Unit is decent but lacks experience or aggression. Company has lots of parking space for vehicles and serves free lunch.

Cons

Power Generation Business Unit is pathetic, in the hands of incapable top management. CEO is inexperienced and has zero knowledge of running the organization. HR is least bothered about any happenings in the company. Zero employee concern, attrition rate is high. Dirty politics all around, waste of time and energy for a qualified employee. NO LEAVES even on public holidays like Holi or Christmas or Gandhi Jayanti
