      Well meaning but disorganized infrastructure that causes multiple unforced errors

      The company has great people working in the kitchen and the CEO has a true passion for the mission of this company.

      Cons

      There is little to no day-to-day communication below the director level which leads to problems unaddressed and changes unannounced.

      Pros

      Management is very passionate about what they do and are always working on continuing to develop themselves and their teams. Communication within the company is the best I have ever experienced in my entire career. It is a very friendly work environment where everyone can easily feel welcomed.

      Cons

      There is no reason to not want to work here. If there ever is a problem, management is always available to help find a solution.
