Where to start here, the overall culture in the business has drastically changed over the last 12 months. Coming of the back end of a pandemic was tough but we thrived, business was doing well. Then out of no where, 20+% of the company were let go out of the blue, no warning no heads up. At the beginning of Covid Oliver made a promise that technically he kept that no one would loose there job. Have people the sense of security and inclusion, however, years down the line and company doing well he lets hundreds of people go with a few hours notice. This type of activity impacts not only the people let go but the people who remain, the culture will never be the same, we act like a start up but in face are a 12 year old company and the a start up level experience senior management. All shuffling around into different roles protecting themselves without looking at the overall impact on the employees and overall management of the company
