Pros

Managed to get promoted so not all bad but difficult not to complain now that raises and bonuses aren’t coming anymore. Middle management tries but is often stonewalled by senior management so that’s

Cons

- No raises in a couple of years despite economic conditions - Really pushing AI, we all know this is a thin veil for layoffs in the future but we’ve also been told it’s their way or the highway. - Management ignores input from senior technical staff to cut costs at the expense of labor hours. - had massive restructuring where we ended up doing more work, with the same amount of people and the same compensation.

Pros

Discounts, although they’ve taken away some. Making women feel comfortable and beautiful

Cons

EVERYTHING about this company. They are so disillusioned. None of them have worked in the stores like us and this have no idea of how hard they are making it on us. They don’t care. Ever since KnitWell has taken over it has gotten worse and worse. I had high hopes but sadly, it is not good. You know the saying,” Take your PTO. Enjoy your life. Because your company will replace you the next day if you die”? 100% accurate. Sooooo many things they want and expect done but refuse to give more payroll to get it done. Let’s see- what is a day like? Clock in, check emails, sales, respond to emails, log in to concierge and find time somehow to make calls and send emails, wait on customers to get your conversion up, drive traffic in stores, do a million boxes of shipment, sort it, organize it, but don’t forget to get your conversion up and do your markdowns too! On TWO person coverage. Every day. No punches or breaks- barely time to go to the bathroom, I’m so tired of DM’s that want to make themselves look good so they expect 100% on all of the above but yet they’ve never worked for the company before so again, never had to do our job. I’m so sick of it and can’t wait to get out. Then I will preach from the mountain top about this company, call the labor board. And let’s not forget about the pay for allll of this- for Store Managers it’s good but everyone else down it’s terrible. The workload does not meet the pay. It’s so sad when you actually love what you do if you could just DO IT. Ugh.

Pros

Making women feel confident in themselves will always be the number one pro.

Cons

No Raises, 0 appreciation of their in store staff members, was told “it is what it is” Corporate is very tone deaf ex: No raises while everyone is having staffing issues, but decided they would share a video of their office remodel and picking out things to decorate their offices. Lots of Gaslighting by telling us they do things because it’s what we all as staff asked for but it is the farthest thing from what we actually asked for.
