Compassionate and co-operative management (founders of the organization)

Cons

1) With growth is loosing its identity and trying to blindly copy policies and methodologies of successful companies. (e.g. Ericsson, Atos etc.) 2) The senior panels getting recruited particularly from failed organizations thus deteriorating work culture 3) Employees not given due recognition 4) Day by day deteriorating work culture and values.

I was joined as fresher , its a CMMI level 3 company , basically a telecom related projects handled here, feel great to working in this organization comfortable working hours , no night shifts . good working environment.

Cons

management keep shifting employees from one project to another project, its good actually to know new things.
