      Pros

      -used to have a good culture with strong collaboration

      Cons

      -no actual product -no meaningful new clients in 2 years -unexpected layoffs every 3 months for seemingly no reason. They certainly haven’t helped Knotch’s dire situation -terrible leadership, all they do is try to appease the board’s ever-changing whims, sacrificing people and product along the way -knotch is a fast sinking ship led by an inexperienced CEO who has no idea how to run a business -the 5 star review from fall 2021 was clearly written by Knotch. None of it is true, and it parrots the same baloney that they try and force down people’s throats

      -Managment acts as if they care for employees but they are least bothered 😕. -All the good reviews are posted by the Hr team but there is nothing good about this organization . -The 5 star reviews are clearly written by Knotch. None of it is true . - There value of "Transparent about goals,mission/vision" is a Deception

      - Restructures every 6 months - Micro-mgmt of job role. - unexpected layoffs every 3 months for seemingly no reason. They certainly haven’t helped Knotch’s dire situation -terrible leadership, all they do is try to appease the board’s ever-changing whims, sacrificing people and product along the way -knotch is a fast sinking ship led by an inexperienced CEO who has no idea how to run a business - lot of disorginzation, disengaged leadership
