Pros

Nice and supporting manager and environment. Dive right into the project and make an impact instead of long hours of meetings.

Cons

They hire lots of people from overseas (specially India) which are unfortunately not very competent, some speak broken English, so you don't get to learn or improve with your peers, I suppose because they are cheap workforce. Salary is low (why not give more to competent people instead of hiring 5 incompetent?)

Pros

-The experience of working with an awful upper management and as a result, having gained the knowledge of what to avoid in future career!

Cons

- As a consultant, if you are not working at a customer, you have no value in their eyes. -It's pretty normal for this company to employ fresh graduates for 6 months period and just 1 week before their term finishes, they fire them; in order to avoid upgrading the employment to permanent. -It's standart procedure to force their developers to work 10-11 hours a day, just to be able to finish a project, just because some marketer gave false promises to a customer!

Pros

Being a consultant you learn a lot. You work hands on with projects and gain experience that is hard to obtain otherwise. You learn how to combine personal skills such as communication skills with technical abilities. A lot of young faces in the company and good people that like their jobs.

Cons

They used to have quite an anachronistic approach on how they run their projects and they did not invest on their employees. Most of the employees flee the company after they gained experience which is really bad for the company itself. The senior consultants do not have a prestigeless mentality which I believe is uncommon for a Swedish company. There are many other consulting companies that have outrun them by miles in terms of managing employees. internal procedures, running projects, investing in technologies etc
