Expect you to work 14 hour days whilst only getting paid for 7, I've seen learners work forged in order to get completions through on time, I've been asked to work my day off with no extra pay, they are a training company that cant train their own staff effectively and even go as far to exclude part time staff members from "mandatory" sessions as they are delivered on nonecworking dats and no catch ups provided.
