Compensation is quite competitive for the region

Cons

Deadlines can be quite unreasonable. Toxic work environment. Almost seems like they’re optimizing to get you fired. No work/life balance.

Pros

Salary prompt and any delay, you would be informed earlier. They had a salary app where you could save and take quick loans from it with very little interest. Very easy to move up the ladder

Cons

Its easy to move up the ladder but also easier to leave. They change strategy too frequent and staff are hired and fired during those changes
