The people are amazing to work with. the company really does care for its people and treat staff really well ensuring they pay fairly and organising events to ensure the teams are well bonded. Fantastic work life balance

Cons

None that I can think of because if there was a problem the company does make efforts to resolve it

Pros

Haven't met anyone I don't like. Everyone is kind and collaborative. Corporate in structure, but very casual and laid back. Everyone has a good sense of humor and happy to help out. The company really seems to care about their employees too, with great benefits!

Cons

Not much that I've encountered yet, but the days can be long, with changing call times, anywhere for 6:45 am (common) to 2pm (rare).
