in general staff is ok, hard working in spite not thanks to current management. Given some leadership potential of a great team.

Cons

Too much favourtism, lack of leadership, working on basically flawed strategic plans, heard people rather than leading them. Can not find and if they do or retain good people

much cameradery under the staff, we always looked out for each other and supported as much as possible.

Cons

Very stressfull, never enough, never good enough. No support from management at all. Bonus was based mostly on targets we could do nothing about, and basically non existant. No training, additional work just put on your desk, on top of all the rest you had no time to do.

The good people leave and the higher ups don’t actually know or understand what the team they actually manage do to a competent level

Cons

Managers don’t actually know what their teams fully do and it makes it difficult to ask for help!!!
