Worked in KPF London for over 1 year. No pros really other than it's convenient location to get to.

Cons

It's completely a toxic working environment. It's not a friendly place with closed minded managers who have worked there for many years to become a furniture of the company and have no idea at all how to manage the projects. They are in a big downturn wit this mismanagement. No work-life balance. Don't expect any day to leave on time at 6pm. Be well prepared for last minute changes to keep you working 24/7....overtime working is a constant culture in KPF. You have to be so brave to leave on time then get ready to be pointed and gossips behind you.

Toxic environment, not a healthy place to work!

Not much these days. Many years ago it was a fantastic environment where younger staff thrived learning from seniors, since the restructure everyone is out for themselves.

Cons

Loyalty means nothing to current management. Very unfortunate to see KPF heading down hill very fast especially after working at KPF for a number of years! The high number of staff walking out the door says it all. There is no structure at all. One day they are getting rid of people on fixed term contracts and the next they are making staff permanent. Intermediate architects are being shoved out the door to make room for the next set of juniors who in turn are replaced by the next batch of cheap labour straight out of uni. As soon as you reach a certain level/ salary they don't want you anymore which is disgusting. This is reflected very highly in the quality of drawings produced. There are no decent intermediates left to apply quality control to junior architects work. Time to make a move!

Great experience, with a very varied & busy role. Inspiring projects. Good social office with pay day drinks & nibbles every month. Excellent location to work.

Cons

Leadership is terrible - the marketing team is completely unsupported, undervalued & underpaid, despite long hours and a heavy workload. No surprise that at least 8 in the team resigned in the last year or so.
