Pros
Even though the firm is large the culture is great. Everyone from the president to HR and shareholders genuinely care about the firm, its reputation, and most importantly, every single employee.
Cons
As with most firms, there are a handful of attorneys that can be difficult to deal with, but overall, everyone is great.
