Cons

If you are not Japanese, you don't stand a chance of making it at this company. They truly discriminate against the "dumb" American. Management constantly speaks in Japanese during meetings, so the Americans never understand what is being said. Very unprofessional. Constantly being watched, worse than a big brother. They have serious trust issues. Makes it very hard to get your job done. A lot of people have been laid off, including myself, in the past 3 years, however pay increases are rare. The workload continues to double without, if not triple, without additional pay. If you travel, you are expected to pay out of pocket, then request reimbursement. Takes 2-3 weeks for reimbursement. Lengthy approvals processes. Huge turnover No direction from management whatsoever
