Stay away for the sake of your career and work-life balance

Pros

None - the company has no culture, no values, no ethics and no vision. Stay away from it. Flatter the bosses and you'd do good.

Cons

1. No vision, no processes, no leadership or management at all. 2. Unfair compensation. 3. They make unethical decisions and impose on their employees forcibly. 4. Legal terms & conditions, as well as company policies change as per mood-swings. 5. You're required to work 10-11 hours a day, and on weekends, so that more money can be extracted from the clients. You are expected to prioritize office over your own health and family, and worship the bosses. In turn, you get nothing except being shouted upon. 6. Complex career paths, hierarchies, and processes - which waste more time and pressurize the employees rather than motivating them or increasing the productivity. 7. The top management is indecisive, gullible and obnoxious - they claim to be industry leaders but don't have a clue on how to lead or bring about the much talked "enterprise UX revolution". 8. Talking about the so called "revolution", they serve same, redundant, beaten-down designs to each client, with minor changes. Same work, different packaging. There is no creativity or innovation or even a scientific approach applied to the UX design process. NEVER. EVER. 9. They sacked more than half of employees and reduced salaries of remaining staff, in name of financial losses back in 2017. Everyone fired was made to sign a clause where they couldn't talk about it publically. Even when the company was relatively "stable", employees were hired and fired at the whims and fancies of top management. 10. Lot of internal politics and favoritism. 11. More than work, creativity and productivity, the top management is interested in knowing intricate details of your personal life. Instead of stopping rumors, they create it, and use it to influence your peers against your work. They'd be better suited to a Hindi daily soap than an actual professional enterprise UX design agency. 12. They are cheating the employees as well as clients. Hope the facade would be soon exposed.

Pros

Absolutely nothing to be honest!!

Cons

They just claim to be a UX agency (since UX in design is a buzzword to lure clients), while they only focus on UI. A ruthless Family-run company where there's absolutely no room to adapt or learn. The leadership team across all property is horrible. The project manager is an acute workaholic and likes to exhibit megalomania on employees, who sets unrealistic deadlines for tasks and deadlines delivery. HR is absolutely clueless and doesn’t have any opinion or say in the company.
