Pros

Most people are friendly and helpful Pay and benefits are competitive The business seems financially viable

Cons

Poor management, forcing employees to play their political games Promoting a toxic competitive environment (pointing fingers and stepping over others is appropriate) Don't bother to ask for support or mediation, it won't happen Expect to work weekends, do your best and get fired, why? Literal words: "We don't get along!"

Pros

Global and can you can work from home

Cons

It's difficult to know where to begin. In my opinion, the company's decline is due to a lack of willingness to adapt. The leadership team has remained relatively unchanged, and I have noticeed newcomers with different perspectives or ideas tend to have a short tenure. Every time I have hope for positive change through someone new, they mysteriously leave the company. I'm uncertain if they're asked to leave or if they find the role/company too demanding/challenging.

Pros

Hybrid work environment. Run your errands as long as you're performing well

Cons

If you are a highly competent salesperson, this place is not for you. It's a norm here to dispute over deals from other co-workers, exploiting on rules of engagement, etc. 0 collaboration as everyone's looking out for themselves even if it means leaving money on the table. Commission still owed to some employees who left or were terminated for no justifiable reason. Management constantly coming up with changes to the sales process and restructuring, making it inefficient for us to hit quota. You have to be a yes man to survive in this company.
