Values, Benefits, PTO, Education reimbursement. Continually trying to evolve and improve market share. A product is never good enough, always looking to make it better.

Cons

Still growing, room for advancement is limited as it is a small company with only one location. Some Dinosaurs still around that have a negative effect on change.
