I have worked at Krishna innovative software pvt ltd full time for 2.6 years and here I have learned a lot . In this organization if you are eager to learn and work on new technologies then this is best company you can find in tricity. Along with this you will be also given opportunity to handle clients ,execute leads comming from different freelance portal. And best part is that in covid pandemic there is no pay cut or firing of employees has been done here. And I will say that if you show eagerness to learn and grow then all seniors ,management will provide you emance opportunity. And at last I will say that as KIS is service base company but in my 2.6 years time period there is only a single instance when I have worked after 6 pm,so here you will get work life balance
