      Terrible leadership, CEO needs to sit down and let the professionals do their jobs

      The pay is ok, especially if you’re just starting out.

      Overbearing CEO that you see more than your direct report, despite“living in Australia” Unrealistic conversion and sales metrics for a niche brand that quite frankly isn’t that popular or well known. Underpaid sales staff with bad commission structure that you’ll struggle to barely meet. Poor corporate planning that leads to random “events” and product drops that leave the staff over exerted Horrible work life balance Catty leadership that talks about you behind your back…just unprofessional

      The work culture at Ksubi was extremely toxic and draining. The combination of micromanagement, excessive workload, lack of support as well as several other issues made it an extremely difficult place to thrive. The company showed little understanding of work-life balance. Long hours and weekends often became the norm without any appreciation for the extra effort. I would not recommend this company to other creatives looking for a positive, empowering, and balanced work environment.
