      Pros

      Flexibility, respect and genuine concern for employees is what makes this business stand out. Leaders are genuinely interested in their people’s success and development which is rare.

      Cons

      Compulsory in office days are literally the only con I can think of.

      Pros

      HRBP is very friendly, professional and understanding. All line managers I interacted with were very supportive, especially my line manager who was extremely compassionate and emphatic. Vast majority of people I worked with were also friendly and approachable

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is the CEO. The embodiment of a stereotypical middle management persona, but in a C-Suite position.
