Don't work in IT here. Very micromanaged. Management appears to take pride in creating a hostile work environment, If you give advice, you will be talked down to. IT Contractors are treated like garbage, and abused to wits end. Core team will go play on the company dime, and make the Contractors stay back and be responsible for everything while they are gone. A lot of homophobic and racists remarks are constantly made in Teams, and calls. Management allows use of company funds to purchase equipment for personal gain.

Very little career opportunity and upward mobility. Pay increases and bonuses have been very low recently. Many poor decisions have been made for business strategy and supply. Very limited opportunity to ascend beyond middle management unless you are from Europe or Japan. Many people are leaving the company.
