I have been working at Kwiff full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great office space, relaxed culture and a willingness to get sh*t done. Everyone believes in the product and isn't scared to make their opinions known.

    Cons

Need to sometimes look at the bigger picture and not tunnel vision into 1 or 2 features/ideas

    Advice to Management

Need to nurture innovation and try to avoid transition into red-tape as the company grows

    I worked at Kwiff

    Pros

Employees very willing to help one another. Office is okay. Free fruit

    Cons

Valuing those who benefit the company in their ST goals. “Start-up” and “not a startup” gets used a lot when favouring the CEO. Recruitment process very messy; interviewers not around, resulting in wasting valuable time.

    Advice to Management

As a “small/medium” company, valuing staff, their skills and their contribution to work. Management and Chief level must all receive training on how to retain staff, treat staff with more value and be able to make the office a nice working environment, rather than compensating staff with lunches when carrying out mass redundancies with no explanation as to why.

I worked at Kwiff full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice office, great location, great coworkers.

    Cons

Management and C level are extremely under qualified. The roadmap goes nowhere. The product as it is has no value to properly compete in the market.

    Advice to Management

Concentrate on the product's quality and stop trying to desperately sell the worst features of it

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry you felt this way. As a startup we’re growing quickly and so, yes, everything isn’t perfect. We’re now putting in place more structure around what we do, and where we’re going, which we believe will make everyone at kwiff better

I worked at Kwiff for less than a year

    Pros

Nice offices, nice location, nice atmosphere, friendly environment. Management make a genuine effort to get all involved, empower staff and believe in staff.

    Cons

Music at work may interfere with your work, hence many have headphones on which can isolate office conversation and banter.

    Advice to Management

    Be around more.
