      None at all, toxic environment

      Cons

      Penny-pinching UK management expect too much from under-resourced and over-stretched teams, key people are leaving and not being replaced. Promotions and pay rises are only available to the old boys' club which makes up most of the middle-management tier. Unrealistic forecasts are fed back to the US and no recognition is given to the staff on the ground who bend over backwards to try and achieve them. The only way they know how to invest is to acquire other companies which they then neglect.

      Soem staff are very welcoming and friedn;y. They will go out of their way to help you.

      Cons

      One of the most toxic envivronments I have ever worked in. embarrasingly low pay, but they continue to pile on the work until you're doing the work of 3-4 people. I tried discussing my pay and the conditions of the work place but these all fell on deaf ears. If your face doesn't fit, the upper management will make your life miserable!

      I suppose they give you motivation, it's just that the motivation is "work harder or your job is at risk"

      Cons

      Awful, awful company. Worse place I've ever worked, the MD and his London cronies dont have a clue and constantly threatern and bully staff to dig them out of the hole they have made for themselfs.
