The owner of this company is verbally and psychologically abusive - and that trickles down to make everything difficult. The higher level management often has mismatched priorities and lacks decent consistent accountable communication - lots of waste in the production process. The company culture is toxic, does little to promote team building, and does nothing to promote work/life balance.
