      Pros

      Don't waste time here. Whatever review we can see which are good one all are written by current employee who are working as a manager and senior post. They told some other policies during joining and enforce rubbish policies as per CEO think time by time. If you calculate out of 30 review if 25 is negative given by former employee.It mean worst and third class company or selling shop is it. Don't join and waste your career here. 2 years bond also here. CEO work like peon and interfere in each and every things.Even if you required half leave for junior employee then also need to inform CEO . Consider half day as per CEO opinion and deducted payment. CEO and manager create policies day by day and enforce to employee. Dam micro management.

      All Cons are written into Pros. So you can understand , If Pros are like this , then what would be the Cons. So don't joint the company ever.

      Absolutely rubbish recruitment management from the HR Anushree. Totally Non professional behaviour. Never waste even a single minute on these guys
